Ballymore

Pan Peninsula

The first project I worked on while at Totality, was the Ballymore Pan Peninsula Towers development. The two towers in the London Docklands were the first of their kind in the area and garnered premium rates never before heard of outside of the West End. A huge project that covered identity, brochures, films, radio ads, CGIs, print ads, floor plans, photography, model sourcing, styling, prop buying and set dressing. The magazine style brochure featuring premium brand advertising and glossy photography was the first of its kind in the property market

One of the best bits, we dressed a cocktail bar complete with expensive liqueurs and fancy glasses, and friends drinking champagne to make the ‘bar’ look busy. It was a great night and I still have some of the cocktail glasses though the Grey Goose is long gone.
